Once upon a time, in a cozy cottage nestled at the edge of a dense forest, there lived a family of three bears—Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear. They were a happy family who loved spending their days exploring the forest, gathering honey, and playing together.
One sunny morning, while the bears were out for a walk, a little girl named Goldilocks wandered into their cottage. Curious and adventurous, she decided to explore the quaint little house.
Inside, she found a table set with three bowls of steaming porridge—big, medium, and small. “Hmm,” said Goldilocks, her tummy rumbling with hunger. “I wonder if I could try some.”
She tasted the porridge in the big bowl, but it was too hot. Then she tried the porridge in the medium bowl, but it was too cold. Finally, she tasted the porridge in the small bowl, and it was just right. Goldilocks ate it all up with a satisfied smile.
After her tasty snack, Goldilocks wandered into the living room, where she found three chairs—a big chair, a medium chair, and a small chair. She sat in the big chair, but it was too hard. Then she sat in the medium chair, but it was too soft. Finally, she sat in the small chair, and it was just right. But as she wiggled and squirmed, the chair broke with a loud crack!
Startled, Goldilocks decided to explore upstairs, where she found three beds—a big bed, a medium bed, and a small bed. She climbed into the big bed, but it was too hard. Then she climbed into the medium bed, but it was too soft. Finally, she climbed into the small bed, and it was just right. Tired from her adventures, Goldilocks fell fast asleep.
Meanwhile, the three bears returned home from their walk, excited to enjoy their porridge. But when they entered the cottage, they found that someone had been there! Papa Bear growled, Mama Bear gasped, and Baby Bear sniffled.
They followed the trail of mess into the living room, where they found the broken chair. “Someone’s been sitting in my chair,” said Papa Bear in a deep voice.
“And someone’s been sitting in my chair,” said Mama Bear with a frown.
“And someone’s been sitting in my chair,” cried Baby Bear, tears welling up in his eyes.
Next, they went upstairs to find the source of the disturbance. When they entered the bedroom, they saw Goldilocks fast asleep in Baby Bear’s bed. “Someone’s been sleeping in my bed,” exclaimed Papa Bear.
“And someone’s been sleeping in my bed,” said Mama Bear with a gasp.
“And look, someone’s still sleeping in my bed!” cried Baby Bear, pointing at Goldilocks.
Startled awake by the bears’ voices, Goldilocks sat up with a yawn. “Oh, dear!” she exclaimed. “I must have fallen asleep.”
The bears smiled kindly at Goldilocks and invited her to join them for a snack. They shared their porridge and laughed together as they swapped stories of their adventures in the forest.
From that day on, Goldilocks and the three bears became the best of friends, enjoying many more adventures together in the enchanting forest.
